Reimagining Climate Communication: Making Science Tangible and Inspiring Action

Reimagining Climate Communication: Making Science Tangible and Inspiring Action

How can the causes and consequences of climate change be communicated in a way that is both understandable and emotionally engaging? Two innovative projects, co-led by Dr. Andreas Linsbauer (EClim, University of Zurich) and Prof. Niklaus Heeb (ZHdK), are exploring new pathways in climate communication:

  1. Neue Wege in der Klimakommunikation – This project investigates innovative formats to communicate the complexities of climate change in clear, accessible ways.

  2. IceAge-Cam – A time-lapse camera installation that visually captures the retreat of glaciers, making climate change impacts directly observable and relatable.
